1994
- The company purchase a 1.5 hectare lot at Brgy. Poblacion and built a 3,000 sq. meter factory to house its entire operations. This was fondly called NOVECA 2 and the old building was referred to as NOVECA 1. In later years this was demolished to give way to the construction of the owner's residence.

Noveca 2 maintained the washing and pressing operations.

November 1997
- ICEL Incorporated was established to fulfill the export business requirements in the USA.


March 2000

- ICEL opened a new sewing line in N4 for the Dockers Tops Line. In the succeeding years, the export business grew to service other brands like Liz Clairebone, GAP, and many more.
