Groundbreaking Ceremony Pagamutang Bayan ng Noveleta - Deed of Donation by Mayor Dino Chua

Mayor Dino Reyes Chua donated their family land for the uprising project "Ospital ng Noveleta"  or as they will call it as the Pagamutang Bayan ng Noveleta located at Riverside San Jose I, Noveleta, Cavite. A ground breaking ceremony was conducted at 9AM on the 3rd day of April 2017 after the weekly Noveleta Flag Ceremony.

10 Million peso budget for the construction of a two-storey hospital

In a span of nine months we have achieve a "Pagamutang Bayan", thanks to Hon. Mayor Dino Reyes Chua for donating a portion of their land for this project to materialized. The Mayor is also dreaming to expand the services of the hospital in the near future and have our own dialysis center, thus, when the he dream - he strive to achieve.

The 1st part of the hospital will be for lying-in because in Noveleta "no mother should die giving birth." To accomodate emergencies and admission, but for the meantime, a max of 3 days admission only. Simple case of pneumonia can easily be treated here and the services of the health center will still continue to provide its regular services.

Opening remarks by Vice-Mayor Dionisio L. Torres where he mentioned that it is of every Noveletans dream to have a town hospital of our own and if it weren't to Mayor Dino Chua it will not become possible. The introduction of the project was delivered by Dra. Maria Hilda C. Bucu, the DOH Regional Director Rio L. Magpantay M.D., PHSAE, CESOIII and Provincial Team Leader - Cavite Ma. Socorro Jimenez MD, MPH was also invited but insteadof their busy schedule they sent Ms. April,  a DOH representative, whom explain some more details about the project. Then Mayor Dino Reyes Chua gave an inspirational speech. 

After the warm greetings and inspirational messages were given, "THE SIGNING OF CONTRACT" / finalization of the Deed of Donation of a lot portion to be given to the Municipality of Noveleta assisted by Mrs. Rizalina Pinpin-Enero; and of course the last but not the least in the agenda is the ground breaking ceremony.
