Pledge of a Call Center Trainee

I want to become a call center agent...

I will do my best to be Disciplined,

I will always keep myself Inspired,

I will not use any foreign accent but to be Neutral,

My time will always be Organize

I will use my Creativity at work

I will uphold the virtue of  Honesty and hard work

I will research about my company so I can Understand and deliver effectively,

And most of all I will align my Attitude towards work and my co-employees.
