Noveleta Support presisdent Rodrigo Duterte's war against drug, Mayor Dino Reyes Chua ordered the mandatory drug test to all its regular employees and J.O.'s to participate. This mandatory drug test does not exempt the elected officials of Noveleta, municipal police, even senior citizens are required.
Mayor Chua's vision to achieve a progressive town must start from its people.
