Damayan is a non-government organization with the aim of forming groups of women with the advocacy of protecting their rights. Damayan has a chapter here in Noveleta named: "Damayan Noveleta" with Counsilor Elvie Magat as their adviser.
Recently they just concluded their election for federation officers and as you know that every barangay has an active Damayan organization.
Here are the names of Damayan Federation Officers 2019:

The Oat Taking of the Federatin Officers was held here in Noveleta Market's rooftop last August 05, 2019 and Mayor Dino Reyes-Chua as the inducting officer and guest speaker. Aside from the mayor other Sangguniang Bayan Members attended and delivered inspiratinal messages as well, amongst them are: Hon. Kate Bernal, Hon. Dave Manalo, Hon. Kon-kon Alvarez, Hon. Emie Lontoc, Hon. Lamit
Damayan Noveleta has their Board of Directors to aid and support their advocaies, they are: Grace Villariña, Maricel Sustal, Rose Olsen, Milagros Megid, Ma. Olivia Garcia, Marilou Cape, Jean Gandoza, Ma. Leonora Torres, Susan Mondares.
