VISION:

The GENERAL LUCIANO SAN MIGUEL Elementary School envisioned the Filipino learners as someone who is functionally literate and equipped with life-skills for a life long learning and who has acquired values that will help them play a positive role as a good citizen in a society.

MISSION:

To equipped pupils the necessary knowledge, attitudes, and skills that shall prepare them to become socially responsible, highly competitive for active and successful participation in the economic, spiritual, and moral undertaking in a just and humane society
