It was a fine beautiful monday morning when these bicycles with side-car arrived the municipal town plaza together with a marching band, everyone was happy and some are surprised as you can tell by simply looking in their eyes and faces catered with smile.
As the mayor proudly welcomes the arrival of these MRF on wheels and graces the affair with its Blessing and Turn-over of PAJAKERO BASURERO "MRF on Wheels" (Material Recovery Facility) for all Barangays of Noveleta Cavite !!
According to municial Mayor Dino Chua:
"Hahakutin napo sa bahay-bahay ang inyong basura sa looban at eskinita kaya wala napong dahilan para itapon pa ninyo o ilabas niyo ang inyongbasura sa kalsada. Ang sinoman na mahuhuli na naglalabas ng basurasa kalsada ay magmumulta ng 1,500 hangang 2,000 o Anim na buwan na pagka-kulong!! Ito po ay striktong ipatutupad natin! Sana po ay makiisa tayong lahat sa barangay ukol sa Basura para sa ikagaganda ng ating Mahal ng Bayan!!"
