The assembly took place at El Palacio resort, barangay San Rafael IV, Noveleta, Cavite whereas Hon. Municipal Mayor Dino R. Chua welcomes the arrival of the candidates of Miss Earth 2016; many took selfies, videos/photos and the locals of Noveleta are very happy as this rare opportunity to meet and greet these lovely candidates.
