March 31, 2017, what else can beat the heat but to join the campaign against illegal drugs, no one is exempted! Yes, this is a nice way to end the month of March. The program started at 9:00 AM at the Noveleta Public Market Rooftop and it is mandatory so every government employee participated whereas it is a joint project of Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte and Mayor 
Dino Reyes Chua.
