opening on April 2, 2017 4PM @ Noveleta Town Plaza with guest speaker Board Member Gilbert Gandia.
So many people attended and participated at the event and it is a sign that Noveleta is gearing up for a better future. And hopefully that Noveleta with not only be recognized as "Bayan ng Mga Bayani" but also "Bayan ng mga Magagandang Binibini"
