Home Along Noveleta opened last July 28, 2017 at 9am sharp and so many people waited outside as the until the end of a short mass. Mayor Dino Reyes Chua, Vice-Mayor Dionisio Torress. Sangguniang Bayan Members Leah Olidan,Boy Alvarez,Glenn Villena, Elvie Magat, Ellen Cerezo, municipal staffs from engineering office and treasurer's office also attended the ceremony.
