The Noveleta regular monthly job fair is at its 19th month, more and more residents of Noveleta are becoming more eager to get a job because of Mayor Dino Reyes-Chua's dynamic program for the jobless. Every month the statistic of jobless are decreasing.

Even though it was raining as early as 8am in the morning every first friday of the month people are lining up for a job hunt. Noveleta's fight for poverty is decreasing, thanks to the leadership of Mayor Dino Reyes-Chua.
