GEN. SANTIAGO ALVAREZ was born on July25, 1872, he was a revolutionary general and join in the founding of the Philippine Independent church in Noveleta, Cavite where he also served as a local leader.
General Santiago Alvarez rested in peace on October 30, 1930 at the age of 58 at San Pablo, Laguna, Philippine Island.
