The Bantay Dagat program started at Noveleta year 1998 but a new active and more aggressive team was formed under the leadership of Mayor Dino Chua. BFAR Region IV A donated two mini bangka last October 28, 2016 that was turned-over to the Office of the Municipal Agriculture under the Noveleta Municipal Agriculturist head Mrs. Estrelita G. Espineli.
Mr. Orlito Torres was appointed head of the Bantay Dagat Program and he volunteered to lend his Big Boat to be use for patrolling and other official Bantay Dagat activities.
sa lupa kung hindi pati na rin ang pagmamatyag sa karagatan. Sa pamamagitan ng Bantay Dagat Program, ay aktibong nagmamasid at nagbibigay ng kapanatagan ng loob para sa nasasakupang dagat.
