They started as a bakeshop then 4 years later they made it to a restaurant, they are making classic Filipino bread then when they relocated they started to serve meals and the new place can accomodate about 200 persons; ube, leche flan, ensay mada are baked and made in the place.

Filipino, Italian, Mexican and Japanese food and Malen's best seller ia the Kare-kare and caldereta dish.

 
They make their own tasty bread and invented a pizza topped with kesong puti (white cheese).
