Federalism Caravan at Noveleta 2018

February 10, 2018 representatives from Malacanang Palace under the administration of President Rodrigo Duterte visited Noveleta to explain about the facts of Federalism. Many residents from different parts of Noveleta came and are ver yinterested about the subject matter, well explained at the Noveleta Municipal Town plaza at 3:00 PM.
