On a lighter note, it really is fun and exciting living in Noveleta. The enthusiastic mayor also comes up with ideas to make the residents rave about living in the municipality. Mayor Dino Reyes-Chua thinks that when the people are happy and content, they will be more productive at work and at home, therefore attaining a peaceful living atmosphere within the town. Last year’s Valentine’s Day was extra special not only for the mayor but also for the 41 couples who tied the knot on this occassion.

Couples who are short on budget for their wedding, no age limit, are encouraged to register in the mayor’s office to reserve a slot for the event. Another treat for the senior citizens living in Noveleta is the free movie partnership with SM Rosario - the closest mall to the town. Senior Citizens can watch any movie for free every Thursday by just flashing their IDs to the ticket counters.
