Fire prevention is one of the numerous program of Hon. Dino Reyes-Chua wherein brave students, heroic at heart, are involve in the said program. They are supervised by the the novel Noveleta BFP; the said program aim to educate and spread awareness in responding on such disaster. Their set of knowledge and skills can be highly useful in times of fire emergencies and such knowledge can be easily pass on from today and generations to come.
Aside from the UNITED HATZALA of NHS (Noveleta High School), also supported by Mayor Dino Reyes-Chua, which aim is to respond on basic life support and disaster reduction, the training also called on the attention of the Senior High School students. These team of trained individuals called themselves the "Noveleta Senior High Firefighters" joined and successfully participated in the 29th Urban Fire Olmpics trained by Team Noveleta BFP headed by Insp. Purisimo Frederick C. Tabasa (Noveleta BFP Chief). The said students shows interest on the campaign, they showed talent and developed skills to bravely face the challenges of being a fire fighter; and they are guided and coached by their class Advisers Charmene Rizza M. Idea and Jovemer V. Agudo.
A prelimenary competition was held at El Palacio Noveleta, Cavite last March 27, 2019 then they compete at the U.F.O. 2019 event last April 11, 2019 at Calamba, Laguna; during the competition Ms, Louisse Nicole Torres, age 17, won the best muse award, Senior High Category.
Participation of the Senior High School students brought pride once again to the humble town of Noveleta. Members of the Noveleta Senior High Fire Fighters who competed at the Urban Fire Olympics 2019 are: Emielyn Pureza, Jenny Quinampay, Francis Jr. Bansagan, Ernest Paul Pangco. Jayson Jimenez, Resty Samartino, John Wesley Espila, Arjay Nuñez, Andrie Rofuli, John Paula Mediran, Rossel Gañac and Ace De Guzman.
In fact Noveleta Mayor Chua was so proud that he invited them last April 21, 2019, at the Noveleta town plaza on the towns regular flag ceremony to be given recognition on all their efforts and hardships.
