Noveleta Mayor Dino Reyes Chua declared war against illegal drugs and as a result the 2019 National Anti-Drug Abuse Council gave this award to NOVELETA in recognition of its exempliary efforts in the performance of its duties in complementing the national government’s and illegal drug campaign, and earnering a score of 95 functionality points during the conduct of 2018 ADAC performance audit.
