Noveleta Received POPCOM's Responsible Parenthood and Family Planning (RPFP) and Adolescent Health and Development (ADH) Program

Noveleta received another award this 2022 and it is POPCOM's Responsible Parenthood and Family Planning Award and in the Adolescent Health and Development Program.

What is RPFP?
The RPFP (Responsible Parenthood and Family Planning ) priority strategies are geared towards assisting couples to achieve their desired number and spacing of children within the demand of responsible parenthood through effective family planning. It specifically aims to attain zero unmet need for modern family planning through increase access to FP information and services. The Municipality of Noveleta received the 2nd place Municipal Level award in Adolescent Health and Development (ADH) Program. The Municipal Doctor Maria Hilda Calibuso Bucu Congratulates  Noveleta Adolescent Health Coordinator Madzz J. Loyola and Family Planning Coordinator Loida Lagpao Andrade. According to Dra. Bucu: "Sulit ang hirap at pagod. Kahit pandemic hindi napabayaan ang Ibang health programs sa Noveleta." ; and a special mention to Noveleta's PopCom  Coordinator Ate Vicky Nicanor.

The Municipality of Noveleta also received another award in implementing  the  Philippine Population and Development Program (PPDP) on Responsible Parenthood and Family Planning Program in reducing unmet need for modern family planning in their locality, and the award were given on the 4th day of March 2022 at Hotel Dominique, Tagaytay City Cavite; The Commission on Population and Development Plaque of Recognition is signed  by Angelito S. Obcena, MADem - Regional Director.
