A DTI certificate is an official BUSINESS NAME REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE issued by the Department of Trade and Industry in the Philippines. Pinapatunayan nito na inerehistro mo ang pangalan ng iyong Business,ito ang katunayan na ikaw lamang ang nagma-may-ari  na gumamit ng iyong business name for comercial and government transactions. Pwede mong idemanda ang sinuman na gumamit ng iyong business name ng walang pahintulot.

Ang DTI certificate ay 

HINDI LICENSE TO OPERATE A BUSINESS,

you still need local permits and tax registration before legally opening.

Sole Proprietorships Only: para lamang ito sa mga single-owner businesses; kung corporations and partnerships ang negosyo mo ay kailangan mo itong  i-register with the SEC (Securities on Exchange Commissions)

Legal Identity: Acts as proof that your business name is officially recorded.

Ilang taon ang validity ng DTI certificate? hanggang kailan ko ito pedeng magamit? 
The DTI certificate is valid for five years from the date of registration.

REQUIREMENTS para makakuha ng DTI certificate:
     • May babayaran G-cash lamang ang tinatanggap na mode of payment
     • valid email address you will use for your business
     • Makukuha nyo kaagad

Paano mag-request ng DTI certification for BUSINESS CLOSURE?

     • Affidavit of Cancellation with ni financial obligation must be notarized, signed by the owner

       (go to lawyer or a notary public)

     • Certificate of Registration of Business (COR) / original business name certificate

     •  Bring one valid ID, show it then attached a photo copy of your ID
     • Magtungo sa DTI Office Trece Martirez City, Cavite 

Note:

Kung representative ang maglalakad ng transaction na ito ay kailangan na meron syang authorization letter signed by the owner of the business and the representative must submit his/her valid ID.

How to Get a barangay ID

 A BARANGAY I.D. can be used as a secondar identification card alongside other documents. IT IS NOT A PRIMARY GOVERNMENT I.D.

How to get your barangay I.D.?

Step 1: Pumunta sa Barangay Hall na nakakasakop sa inyong tinitirahan

Step 2: Kailangan na minimum na 6 months kang naninirahan sa nasabing barangay upang ma-qualify to apply for a barangay ID.

Step 3: Maging magalang at magpakilala. Mag apply ng barangay ID

Step 4: Mag- filled-up ng inyong information at ipasa sa clerk ng barangay.

Step 5: Makukuha ito makalipas ang isa o dalawang linggo. May bayad ito.
