Labeled as a child-friendly municipality the
"Ninong ng bayan" believed that a child is unquestionably the greatest treasure a town could ever had and their rights must always be protected. Hon. Dino Reyes-Chua invited all Noveleta Day Care pupils to be part of a community tour wherein they will visit each municipal department and to meet and greet some public officers from different municipal departments such as: "Social workers, Firemen, Nurses, Police, Senior Citizen officers and also to visit their resprctive offices in Agriculture Office, Treasurer's Office, Engineering Office, Negosyo Center, assessor's Office, Mayor's Office, SB Members, etc.".
Just right after the celebration of the All Saints Day the municipality of Noveleta welcomes the youngsters on a bright and sunny Monday morning, November 05, 2018, during the regular municipal flag ceremony. The pupils participated in presenting the Doxology, National Anthem, and the "Panatang Makabayan" as part of the celebration of children's month.
