The Strongest and the Regular Monthly Job Fair is in Noveleta Cavite hits August, wherein job seekers around Noveleta and nearby towns need not to go far to hunt for jobs, all they need is to wait the very first friday of each month and jobs comes at Noveleta Town Plaza looking for them.
This program is made possible by the Town's God Father name Dino Reyes-Chua.
The Noveleta regular monthly job fair is at its 19th month, more and more residents of Noveleta are becoming more eager to get a job because of Mayor Dino Reyes-Chua's dynamic program for the jobless. Every month the statistic of jobless are decreasing.

May 11, 2018 marks Noveleta's 16th Regular Monthly Job Fair and as usual many Noveletans and outsiders visited to join the job fair. Holy Cross Band graces the affair with their musical instrument accompanied by the DC call center scholars Wave 14, the scholars participated by inviting people to join the said job fair. This friday is also a celebration of the 1st year anniversarry of the DC Free Call Center Program as introduced by Mayor Dino Reyes Chua to Noveleta a year ago and still growing fast and still inspiring people especially the youth to go on a job hunt and providing a window of opportunity to many.

Intermission numbers are performed by "The Mommies of Wave 14" to the tune played by the Holy Cross Band, a group dance number by Wave 14 to the tune of Kick it by Dawin, and the day will not be complete by a production number prepared by DC Scholars Wave 14 to show their unwaivering support to the various wonderful program of the Mayor.
The 1st Year Anniversary of the DC Free Call Center training program celebration ended with Wave 14 releasing colorful balloons to the air together with cheerful crowd noise and hopefully will continue to inspire as many as possible.

Nothing is more sweeter than a relationship with money on the pocket. This is the opportunity given to all job seekers by the Municipal Mayor of Noveleta, Dino Reyes Chua.

Dahil sa mabilis na pagtakbo ng teknolohiya ng mundo, maraming hanap-buhay na ngayon ang ginagamitan nito. Kadalasan ay nasa dulo lang ng mga daliri natin at galing sa pakikipagkomunikasyon ang kailangan para magkaroon ng disente at maunlad na buhay. Kaya kasing bilis din ng teknolohiya na naisip ni Mayor Dino na kailangan ay maging globally competitive ang kanyang mamamayan kaya agad nitong inilunsad ang FREE CALL CENTER Training Program. Sa programang ito na E-to-E — from Enrollment to Employment, magkaroon ng librengcall center training sa loob ng 15 days. At kapag nakatapos sa training ay agad kang ihahatid ng munisipyo sa kompanyang pag-aaplayan.Na kasalukuyang panahon na ang pinakamababang suweldo na P20,000- P25,000 hindi pa kasama ang benepisyo. May limang batch nang nakakatapos sa free call center training na ito na may kabuoang bilang na 150 trainees ang nabigyan ng trabaho.
Pero hindi pa dyan nagtatapos ang pagmamahal ni Mayor Reyes -Chua sa larangan ng paggawa, inilunsad din niya ang programang MONTHLY JOB FAIR sa Bayan ng Noveleta. Kung saan sampung (10) kompanya o higit pa ang lumalahok sa nasabing job fair upang kumuha ng trabahador sa bayan ng Noveleta. Ang proyektong Monthly Job Fair ang kaisa-isa at kauna-unahang gumawa nito sa lalawigan ng Cavite o maging sa buong bansa. “Maraming nagsasagawa ng job fair, pero ito’y minsanan lang. Tuwing foundation day ng isang bayan o birthday ng alkalde.
Pero hindi buwan-buwan tulad ng ginagawa ni Mayor Dino.” Ayon naman kay Jocelyn Conception, pangulo ng Partido Manggagawa sa bayan ng Noveleta. Dahil sa proyektong ito ng bayan ng Noveleta, naging malaganap ang slogan na ‘Bawal Ang Tamad Sa Noveleta’. “Dahil dito po sa Noveleta, trabaho ang maghahanap sa ‘yo!” pagdidiin ni Mayor Dino Reyes Chua.
Noveleta is on its 5th Job Fair and still going strong and many companies are participating through the efforts of the Sangguniang Bayan Members of Noveleta and the good leadership of Mayor Dino Reyes Chua. Even though the weather is hot, many residents of Noveleta rush towards the municipal town plaza to try their luck and get interviewed and get hired on the same day. Noveleta Job fair now on its fourth month serving the Noveletans those who still do not have jobs, they have to lift their fine asses to start applying in order to make some money for the betterment of their family and themselves as well.
Companies who participated are Personal Collection, Puregold, Purefoods, Wolcon Depot, Reliance, Bridgestone, and Skyjet Airlines wherein they are waiting for applicants from various barangays of Noveleta from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM.
With this wonderful program of Mayor Dino Reyes Chua who continue to inspire every jobless individuals to start making change for themselves for the benefit of their future and their love ones.
